How I landed 5 meetings in 1 month without cold calls

Most people think getting clients means cold calling, sending 100s of messages, or spamming inboxes. But in 2025, that’s a waste of time. Buyers are smarter, have options, and hate being chased.

So, how did I land 5 meetings in one month without cold calls? Here’s the exact process I used.

Step 1: Get visible where your clients are

Most salespeople fail because they try to sell before being seen. If your potential clients don’t know who you are, why would they meet with you?

  • I optimised my LinkedIn profile: headline, about section, and posts, all made it clear who I help and why I’m the best at it.
  • I posted 5 times a week on LinkedIn:  sharing real sales insights, examples of my approach, value & personal stories
  • I engage with my audience: commenting on their posts, starting discussions, and adding contributions on Linkedin.

Step 2: The right DM strategy (No cringe sales pitches)

Forget the "Hey [First Name], I saw you’re a coach, need help with sales?" messages. Nobody wants that.

Here’s what I did instead👇
I connected with my ideal clients naturally (connection request with a strong DM).
I sent a real message no pitch, just something they’d want to respond to.
I let curiosity do the work after seeing my content, I get DMs with meeting requests.

Step 3: Drive the conversation to a call without selling

Once someone engages with my content or messages, I do two things:
✅ I ask about their challenges (without sounding like a lead qualification script).
✅ I suggest a quick chat only if I see a real fit. No pressure, no “hard close.”

Result? 5 booked meetings, all inbound (with work from my side, of course), and all high-quality leads. No cold calls. Just strategy.
